The Analysis of Event Marketing by Student Organisation

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing communication in non-profit organization focusing on organizing events and related event marketing. The aim of the analysis is to prepare the groundwork for the creation and implementation of new, unique event that will fill in the accompanying programme of a specific project. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal. The analytical part focuses on cultural activities in public spaces with focus on students and the public in order to prepare a unique event. Based on this analysis, the specific event is designed and incorporated into the communication mix of company. The diploma thesis also describes detailed implementation and assesses the whole progress of the event.

It addresses the issue of customer satisfaction, services and a questionnaire as the method of questioning. It also analyses the starting position of the company within the competitive environment. Based on the findings of this research it suggests recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Master´s thesis is a proposal for the establishment of trade in social and health services in the South Moravian and Olomouc regions. The work is based on theoretical knowledge of business in medically oriented services and the knowledge about the current state of this market, acquired in the analyses. The main analyzes are processed SLEPT, Porter's five forces analyses and SWOT. A summary of the key factors of business, identified through the SWOT analysis became the basis of the design, which is itself a draft business plan for the development of selected trades.
MARKETING OPERATIONS IN CONSTRUCTION FIRM

The main target of my bachelor work was estimation of marketing activities it the construction company FESTON, s.r.o. and to make a suggestion for solution. However right away at the beginning of my job, when I started to describe the marketing activities, I realized that this firm is not marketing oriented, that it doesn´t have any scheduled marketing plans even never carried out any marketing research work or analyses, therefore it is not marketing operated. On this basis of this discovery it was necessary to addict a considerable part of work to marketing situational analyses, which components are macro and micro background of the company. Further I forecasted the strong and weak sites of the company opportunities and strategy.

Identification opportunities for the selected company

The main aim of this Diploma thesis called "Identification opportunities for the selected company" is to identify the opportunities on market and to provide possible solutions how to use these opportunities. The Diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. First part is a literature overview that should give the reader the basic knowledge and understanding of the topic. Where the information was gained by studying different sources related to the main aim of the thesis. Second part is the analytical part of the thesis. Different analysis has been chosen to support the work. The marketing situation analysis was used and included the analysis of the macroenvironment (the STEP analysis), the microenvironment, market and sales. This analysis was followed by the analysis of part of the external environment (Porter's model of five competitive forces). The last part of the analytical part is focused on the internal analysis. The human resources, finance, sales and products were analysed. The findings from the analytical chapter were used for the final SWOT analysis.
Strategy marketing in a chosen company

The aim of the thesis is to suggest a marketing strategy for a specific company, including the marketing plan in order to deal with possible changes resulting from the current situation. Strategic marketing process, which is based on the strategic management process consists of planning, implementation and control. On the basis of marketing situational analysis SWOT analysis was set up, marketing objectives were defined, strategies were formulated and a marketing plan was suggested. The implementation of a plan is a part of an implementation phase. Finally, the interim results were evaluated and possible changes were proposed, which should lead to the achievement of the planned outputs at the end of the period.
Strategy of company marketing management

The subject of this diploma thesis is to analyse the strategic marketing management of a selected company and to suggest a suitable marketing strategy based on said analysis. The company of Mrs. Květuše Hellmichová from Litvínov was chosen for this purpose. The company is focused on swimming for infants, toddlers and pre-school children. The first part explains basic concepts related to the topic. It focuses on marketing situation analysis, marketing strategy and the marketing mix of services. The practical part includes a characterization of the selected company. Followed by a situation analysis of external and internal environment. The third part is crucial for the choice of marketing strategy and it includes the identification of sustainable competitive advantage. The last, analytical, part deals with internal and external stakeholder groups. The conclusion summarizes the findings that serve as a basis for the proposed measures and recommendations, which ought to lead to consolidation of the company´s position and increase in its market share.

The aim of this thesis was to identify opportunities for the selected company and suggest to company uses the information. In the practical part of the thesis it was used marketing situational analysis that examines the internal and external environment of the selected company. Information from the analyzes were summarized and evaluated in a SWOT analysis.SWOT analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the company, opportunities and threats. In conclusion was suggested several recommendations on the use of collected information
